Describe your route: Pretty much all concrete/heavy traffic roads - not pretty. Ogden Avenue for 17 miles. Total commute is 19.5 miles each way. No bike lanes in the suburbs.

How often do you commute by bike? 2-3 days a week from May through October.

Too sore to ride (rode 70 miles on Sunday in prep for a century in 2 weeks :)

15 mph headwind and cool (64F) - needed arm warmers for first time all summer. Drivers were kind on the road today (they gave me a few feet relief as they passed me). Wind made it a slow ride. Endomondo says I averaged only 15mph (with traffic lights). Staying downtown for the night so no return ride home today.

Cool - 71F. 8mph tailwind, which was nice :) Heavy traffic, however. Only close call was a truck that refused to acknowledge me on the road and his side mirror nicked my backpack as I passed him (too close to the curb) - at the corner of Maple and Ogden. Annoying.
